What we collect

Contact information you submit (company name, email, phone, message content).
Quiz responses including industry, seasonality, headcount, and timeline.
Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page paths) for security and analytics.

To improve our services and understand which industries we serve best.
We never sell your data. We never share it with third parties except as required to deliver our services (e.g., DOL filings on your behalf).
We rely on a small set of vetted service providers (sub-processors) to run the platform: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments), Dropbox Sign (e-signature), and Anthropic (AI-assisted drafting that our team reviews before any use). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

You can request access to or correction of your data at any time. Email privacy@h2bvisa.com.
You may request deletion of your data. We honor deletion requests except for records we are legally required to retain, such as U.S. Department of Labor records under 20 CFR 655.56, which we keep for the period the regulation requires.
If you're a California resident, you have additional rights under CCPA. Contact us to exercise them.

We use first-party cookies for language preference, site access, and signed-in sessions. An embedded scheduling service may use its own cookies when you open it.
We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or behavioral retargeting.

We treat the information you share as confidential and use it only to deliver the services in your agreement.
