Acceptance

What we do, and what we cannot promise
- We are a consulting firm and agent of record. We prepare and manage H-2B petitions and the related labor and immigration steps, and you, the employer, sign every filing.
- We do not control and cannot guarantee any government outcome. The U.S. Department of Labor and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services decide each case, including cap selection, certification, and approval.
Fees and government costs
- Our professional fees are quoted before work begins and billed at the milestones described in your engagement.
- Government filing fees are separate and pass through to you at cost. We never mark them up.
Your responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate, complete information and the documents your case requires.
- You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to upload content you do not have the right to share.
No attorney-client relationship
- Connecting Labor USA Ltd is not a law firm. Using our services creates a client relationship with a consulting firm, not an attorney-client relationship.
- Where a matter requires legal representation, such as a denial, an audit, or an appeal, we refer it to a partnered licensed immigration law firm. That work is governed by a separate engagement between you and that firm.
Intellectual property
- The site, its content, and the platform are owned by the company and its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
- You keep ownership of the documents and information you provide.
Limitation of liability
- To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability arising from the website or the services is limited to the professional fees you paid for the matter at issue.
- We are not liable for government processing times, fee changes, or decisions outside our control.
Governing law and changes
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
- We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
