H-2B agent and immigration attorney: clear roles for your case

Before you engage a provider, understand who coordinates the process, who gives legal advice, and which responsibilities remain with you as the employer.

Our consulting role

We coordinate intake, document collection, case preparation, recruitment records, deadlines, and communication within the agreed scope. The engagement defines our role as agent of record. You remain the employer and petitioner, review the facts, and provide required signatures.

When a lawyer is needed

Legal eligibility questions, disputed classifications, agency notices, denials, appeals, and legal representation require qualified legal advice. We are a consulting firm, not a law firm. Attorney services are handled under a separate engagement with their own scope and fees.

Questions to ask before signing

Ask what is included, which tasks belong to you, how you see progress, and who handles a difficult notice. Review payment milestones and refund terms. Confirm who represents you before an agency rather than assuming an agent agreement creates an attorney-client relationship.
